Withdrawal and Refund Request Form

      Please submit completed the Withdrawal and Refund Request Form to PSA desk in person, or email it to PSA@torrancecs.com and Registration1@torrancecs.com.

 

Refund Policy


Applicable to Students Registered in the Fall for the Full Year:

Tuition (full year tuition)

·         Up to noon on week 4, 100% refund of tuition minus $45 processing fee, and $20 textbook fee (unless the complete set is returned brand new in original packaging.)

·         Between noon on week 4 – noon on week 8, 50% refund of tuition minus $45 processing fee and $20 textbook fee (unless the complete set is returned brand new in original packaging.)

·         After Week 8, no refund will be given. 

Service Deposit

·         Up to noon on week 4, 100% refund of Deposit   

·         After noon on week 4 through end of School Year

·         If all service commitments have been fulfilled, 100% refund of Deposit

·         If half of the service commitments have been fulfilled, 50% refund of Deposit

·         If no service has been performed, no refund will be given.

 

Applicable to Students Registered for Spring Semester

Tuition (half of the full-year tuition)

·         Up to noon on week 3, 100% refund of tuition minus $45 processing fee, and $20 textbook fee (unless the complete set is returned brand new in original packaging.)

·         No refund will be given after week 3

Service Deposit

·         Up until noon on week 3, 100% refund of Deposit

·         After noon on week 4 through end of School Year

·         If all service commitments have been fulfilled, 100% refund of Deposit

·         If half of the service commitments have been fulfilled, 50% refund of Deposit

·         If no service has been performed, no refund will be given
